Promethean Defense offers a 30-day return policy on all standard tactical accessories.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. All components must remain unmounted and in original packaging.
To initiate an RMA request, contact our armory support team with your order ID and product serial code.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection. Refunds issue to the original payment method.
Return Criteria:
To qualify for a refund or warranty swap, returned gear must meet:
Purchased within 30 days
Original packaging intact
Non-returnable tactical items:
Custom-machined optics mounts and handguards.
Altered suppressor adapters or muzzle devices.
Items showing mounting scratches or wear marks.
Clearance or final-sale tactical components.
Promethean Defense reserves the right to reject returns failing armorers inspection.

You are responsible for return freight cost and risk. Ship RMA packages directly to our headquarters:

We recommend insured, trackable shipping. Promethean Defense is not liable for items lost in transit prior to facility receipt.
Gifts:
Gift purchases receive store credit upon inspection approval. Credit vouchers will be dispatched to the recipient email.
If unverified as a gift, refunds credit directly to the original purchaser's account upon processing.
